COURSE REQUESTS and TIMETABLE UPDATES

Counsellors will respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours during business hours. We look forward to connecting soon.

Quadmester 2 - timetables are complete and will be emailed to all students by the board this week.  Once timetables are emailed, the Elective Course Change Request Google form will be open on the Grade Level Campus Google Classroom.

Quadmesters 3 and 4 - blanks/gaps in students’ timetables are a priority for the board and school.  Students with BLANKS/GAPS in their timetable will be contacted directly by a guidance counsellor with course selection options.  We are aware of who is missing courses and will use this information to make contact.

Information and updates regarding timetable distribution and elective course timetable changes can be found on the Grade Level Google Classroom.
